HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!! Today we went to our best friends house to have a cookout!! We brought HG a pool and she's been sitting in it all morning without any water! When she finally got water in it this afternoon she was soooo... EXCITED!!! She LOVES the water!

Today Hannah Grace and I went to Kroger to get some groceries!! Today was her first time to ride in the Kroger car!! She LOVED it!! It made it a lot easier too but htose things are hard to push! She had a snack and had some juice while we shopped! She was honking her horn on the car saying look out here I come!

Today at Gymboree we tried level three!! HG was right behind all the other girls!! So her teacher decided to move her up! She even took a few steps with the roller! We got to meet some new friend today and see some friends that we haven't seen in a while! We LOVE Gymboree!!

WOW!! I took Hannah Grace yesterday for her one year dr apt!!! Dr couldn't have been more happy at how she is developing!! We have come a long way this year!!

As you can see we stay pretty busy around here! Those are just a few things we have been doing lately! At her one yr atp HG got 3 shots yesterday. She took it like a champ!! She got two stickers and two suckers!! One for each hand of course!!! The most exciting thing about her apt is that we can finally start her on whole milk!! No more expensive formula!! We're still waiting on some teeth! Yes I know she's 1 and has no teeth yet but she is teething. I was 13mths and Erik was 15mths when we got teeth. So she is running late too! We still brush her gums with an infant tooth brush every morning and evening! Hannah Grace has had an amazing first year and can't wait to see what the other years bring!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Hannah Grace had so much FUN playing at Grandma's and Grandpa's house!! Grandpa has a sweet co worker that made these adorable blocks for Hannah Grace!!!! Thank you so much! She LOVES them!! HG also helped Grandma unload the dishwasher! When we were about to leave HG found their steps. Oh yes! She had climbbed all the way to the top! They have a middle section were Uncle Randy was and Erik was at the top of the steps! I was behind her the whole way! She was so proud of herself when she got up to the top! She also took a few steps holding onto the rails!

Wow!!! Has it been a year already since we've had Miss. Hannah Grace?!! This year we have learned so much about parenthood!! We LOVE every second! For HG's bday we got her a Learn at Home activity play set! She has so much fun playing with it! For Hannah Grace's bday we went to Grandma's and Grandpa's house!! They were so sweet to host such a GREAT first birthday for our little princess! The Britt's were there along with the Bates!! Thank you all for coming to our little princess's birthday party!! Hannah Grace invited two of her best friends out to lunch today for her birthday!!! We meet at Chick fil her favorite place (mommy's)!!! Chase wasn't able to make it but we still have your cup cake!! Not sure how long it will last with our little cup cake monster!!! We missed ya'll! The girls had a great time people watching and looking at everything! Hannah Grace LOVED eating her cup cake!! She was probablly wondering why I have been ssaving the good stuff?!!!? HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY Ladybug!!!! WE LOVE YOU SOOOOMUCH!!!!!

Well... trying to keep a toddler busy while cook is challening in it's self!! I was trying to come up with ideas that might keep her busy for a few minutes!! Kids LOVE to bang on pots and pans right?!!!? So I decided to pull em out and we had our own little band last night!!

This morning we went to story time today at the library for the first time!!! We went with our friends Mayala and Mrs. Laura! The girls haven't seen each other in a while. It was fun to watch them interact with each other! HG LOVES to read books! She sat in my lap almost the whole time and listened to the stories! We also learned some new songs! After story time the girls came over and they got to play!!

Over the weekend we went to our friends house to play!! We LOVE playdates!! Chase and HG was in the same class at Gymboree!! We played outside, and she loved playing with his toys, and dogs! She LOVES dogs!!! They are so cute together!!

On Friday we went to the zoo on Friday as a family! Hannah Grace LOVES to go to the zoo! We got her a season pass so we try to take her as much as we can!! We were watching the fish swim and I was pointing at them and she said fish for the first time!! Erik looked at me and said did she just say fist?!!!? She surprises us every day with something new!

Hannah Grace is a PRO at flying!! She did so good on her second flight on our way back home!! She was talking to everyone that she saw! She fell asleep in the middle of the flight and woke up as we were decinding! When we got back in Louisville she got her first pair of wings!!
